I. Benefits of Many Cultures

A. In a pluralistic culture, people borrow music, foods, clothes, language, and other things from each other.

B. People in a pluralistic society often keep some of their ethnic customs that are special to their group of immigrants.

II. Challenges of Many Cultures

B. Communication can be a challenge when people from different cultures speak so many different languages.

C. Another challenge is the problem of prejudice.
