Space-Station Meal Planner

What would you eat on your space station? Begin with the table of daily food requirements below. Research what types of foods make up balanced meals that meet these requirements. Then list your favorite foods in the table below. Do some of them help meet the daily food requirements? The foods you choose should also be ones that can be stored and consumed easily in free fall. Do any of your favorite foods meet this requirement? After you decide what foods you want to eat, make a space station menu that lists a week's worth of balanced meals.
