Unit 5B, The Solar System and Beyond

Unit Project: Designing a Space Station

Use what you are learning about space to turn your classroom into a space-station simulator.

Project Link 1 (Chapter 1, p. B19)
Build a navigation pod in a corner of your classroom. On large sheets of paper, draw windows for your space station. Through the pod's window, show constellations. Use your telescopic camera to take pictures of certain stars.
