Unit 3D Earth's Resources
Unit Project: Conducting an Environmental Fair
Plan and hold a fair to show ways that everyone can help care for Earth's air, water, and land.
Project Link 1 (Chapter 1, p. D13)
Develop a list of things you could do to help protect Earth's air quality. Review each idea and discuss whether it is possible. If an idea is possible, then carry it out. Make posters to show what you have done. Use the posters to help others learn what they can do.

Project Link 3 (Chapter 3, p. D55)
Think of things you could do to help conserve Earth's land resources. Remember that simple projects are more likely to be successful. Make posters to show what you have done. Use your posters to teach others about what they can do. You may want to make a video presentation. Think about using your presentation to gain support for a school Clean-Up Day.
