Second Floor--Model House

Here is the second-floor plan of a house. Notice the extra insulation on the inside of the roof and the walls. Why was this done? Draw how your model house will be insulated.

Your model can have one room, two rooms, or it can even have two floors. But remember that after you draw your plans, you'll have to build your model, so don't make it too complicated. After your group agrees on the floor plan, plan what materials you'll use and begin to build your model house.
