This is one sample of a model house. The chemical energy stored in oil is used to heat the house. The solar panels on the roof change solar energy to heat and provide hot water. The appliances run on electricity.

Design and draw your own model house. Remember to include the kinds of energy your house will use. Your model house can be a simple, one-room house, or it can be larger. Remember that you'll have to build your model from your design, so keep it simple.
