Passport to Knowledge Projects
NASA's K-12 Internet Initiative has developed a series of online projects to connect students with working professionals to share in authentic scientific and engineering pursuits such as explorations of the Antarctic or outer space. The Passport to Knowledge Project site contains archives of past projects, including field journals, pictures, classroom activities, bibliographies, related links and much more, as well as information on upcoming projects.
Teachers Helping Teachers
Teacher Scott Mandel created this site to provide a forum for teachers to share their expertise and ideas with colleagues around the world. Teachers of all grades and disciplines are encouraged to contribute lessons, projects, and teaching tips to be archived and used by others. The site contains many useful ideas for classroom management, language arts, math, science, social studies, the arts, and special education as well as special topics. This site is updated regularly and is well worth a visit.
