Earth Day Groceries Project
On April 22 sixty-nine schools celebrated the 25th anniversary of Earth Day by decorating more than 29,000 paper grocery bags to increase environmental awareness in their schools and communities. At this site you can read all the reports from schools participating in this year's project, learn more about the project and how you can get involved next year, and even see some pictures of students at work. The Earth Day Groceries Project is sponsored by Arbor Heights Elementary School, Seattle, Washington.

EnviroLink offers regularly updated environmental news and data, a large database of links to environmental resources, an interactive forum to discuss specific issues, and a gallery of earth-conscious artwork. Attractive navigation icons and a simple search engine combine to make this site a pleasure to browse. EnviroLink is maintained by the non-profit EnviroLink Network.
Texas Environmental Center
The Texas Environmental Center hosts a gold mine of environmental information about the Lone Star State including a great online almanac. This site also offers GreenBeat!, a monthly online magazine featuring profiles and perspectives on student environmental endeavors and an index of top environmental Internet sites, including a featured site of the week.
