Number Prefixes (visual/kinesthetic) Have students make a chart of number prefixes to be displayed in the learning center. Students can then use a dictionary to add words with these prefixes to the chart. You might want to use the chart as an ongoing project, with students adding appropriate words they come across in their reading and their writing. |
