Homophone Cartoons  (visual/kinesthetic) Have students use illustrations to show what happens when the wrong homophone is used. For example, what kind of opinions might an opinion pole discover? Have students draw one or more homophone cartoons, using spelling words. Suggest they start with a title, such as An Opinion Pole, and draw a cartoon to go with it. Provide space for display. |
