Webs and Drawings (visual/kinesthetic) Have students look up hungry and lonely in their Thesaurus. Tell them to choose one of the main entries and make a small word web for it. Next, ask students to pick a sample sentence from their chosen word's sub-entries, add the sentence to their word web papers, and make a drawing to illustrate the sentence. |
