Meaningful Art

Ask students to look up wrap/rap and rite/right in a dictionary. Tell them to choose a homophone pair and make two drawings to show the words' meanings. Have students label the back of each drawing with the appropriate homophone. Then ask them to show the drawings to a partner and let the partner identify and correctly spell the homophones.
