An -unk Castle
(visual/auditory/kinesthetic)

Have children draw their own castle with towers, a drawbridge, and a moat. On the drawbridge, have them write the letters unk. Then ask them to brainstorm a list of words that end in -unk and write them on flags and banners flying from the castle towers. Children might enjoy writing -unk words that tell about something related to the moat in that part of their drawing.
