An -ole Poster (visual/kinesthetic) Children can work alone or with a partner to brainstorm words that end with the phonogram -ole. Suggest they write their words in a list, then check the spellings in a dictionary. Children can then write their -ole words on a poster, adding an illustration for each word to help reinforce the meaning. Some children may wish to hang their poster on the classroom word wall.
