Synonym Word Posters (visual/kinesthetic) Ask children to fold a piece of large drawing paper in thirds. Have them look up the short o word knock in their Thesaurus and choose two of the synonyms listed. Ask them to write a sentence at the bottom of each section—one for knock (or form of) and one for each of the synonyms. Then have children illustrate each sentence. |
