What To Do

1. Guide students to the iEARN Web site (http://www.iearn.org/projects/index.html). Explore the site with them, and then click on the “Projects” link.
2. Read the list of volunteer projects. Then take a vote to decide which project the class would most like to be involved in. (You may want to winnow the list down to a few choices before voting; projects vary greatly in terms of time commitment and complexity.)
3. Get to work! At the end of your iEARN project, your class will have the opportunity to create a final project or report that summarizes what they've accomplished as newly minted heroes.
