Becoming a Trainer
Candidates with acceptable qualifications would meet the following criteria.
- Five or more years experience teaching reading/language arts or mathematics in grade(s) K–6
- Have a master's degree or higher
- Have a deep content knowledge of reading or mathematics
- Familiar with Houghton Mifflin Reading or Mathematics programs
- Prepared to deliver high quality professional development
- Available to conduct trainings a minimum of 10 days per year
- Available to attend 6–8 days of training seminars
