Wet Weather Watch

Water falls from the clouds in different forms. With a family member, you can look at cities in different parts of the United States on a National Weather map. You can identify the form of water or ice that is falling in a city.

Procedure

Ask an adult to help you find the National Weather map in your daily newspaper or on the national weather website. Find five cities on the map where there is rain, snow, sleet or ice. Record each city's name and what is falling on the chart.
