The Woodrow Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis has a calculator to help figure prices in current dollar values. The Consumer Price Index is used to generate these results. Use the Consumer Price Index and Inflation Rates, 1913- link to get the rates for years you want to calculate dollar values for. Then use the How the CPI is used to make these calculations information to calculate dollar amounts. Check results with the CPI Calculation Machine.
