Tina Saldivar is the director of The Literacy Network, a systemwide Title VII Project geared at improving the literacy development of second language learners, grades K-12, in the Grant/Van Nuys Cluster of the Los Angeles Unified School District. As a classroom teacher, Mrs. Salidvar has worked with bilingual programs for the past 20 years.
