1. Type a title in the subject line.
2. Keep paragraphs short. Skip a line between them.
3. Do not use special type. Do not use all capital letters.
4. Follow the rules of good writing.
5. Proofread your e-mail. Check for capital letters, end marks, and spelling mistakes.
