Pass the Word

Write a short poem using what you have just learned about different kinds of poetry. When you are done, use your e-mail program to send it to your friends. Ask them what they think of it.

Tips

1. Type a title in the subject line.
2. Keep your paragraphs short so they're easy to read. Skip a line between them.
3. Don't use all capital letters. In e-mail, this is like shouting at someone!
4. Follow the rules of good writing.
5. Proofread your e-mail before sending it.
