Grade 2: Instructions

Make sure your instructions work!

Check to see if you left out any steps. A good way to check is to read your instructions and act them out. If a step is missing, add it to your paper.

Check to see if your steps are in the right order. Try reading your instructions aloud as a classmate acts them out. If a step is out of order, move it to the right place in your instructions.
