Photocopy/Reprint Permissions

All requests to reprint material from Houghton Mifflin School Division publications must be submitted in writing to the School Rights & Permissions Department.

To request permission to use our copyrighted material, please fill out the form below in its entirety and submit it to Houghton Mifflin via the Web, fax, or U.S. Postal Service. Please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks for a response to your request. Please be advised that incomplete forms will result in delays in processing your request.

To submit the form electronically, please fill it out completely and press the “send” button below upon completion. If you are unable to transmit your request electronically, you may submit it via fax or mail, by printing and filling out the form and sending it to the School Rights & Permissions Department at the above fax number or mailing address.
